The free AI audit

• The audit is provided free of charge and carries no obligation on either side to enter a paid engagement.
• We may decline a request, or stop work on an audit, at our discretion.
• The audit is our professional assessment based on the information you give us. Its accuracy depends on that information being complete and correct.
• Any figures in it — hours saved, cost savings, return on investment, timelines — are estimates, not guarantees of results.
• Timeframes quoted on this site are targets we aim for, not contractual commitments.

Paid work

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, price, timeline and deliverables. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this website belong to YY AI. An audit document we deliver to you is yours to use within your business. Methods, templates and tools we used to produce it remain ours.

Confidentiality

Information you share with us in the course of an audit is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without your permission. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement beforehand.

Third-party services

This site relies on third-party services, including form handling, hosting and font delivery. We are not responsible for their availability or their conduct.

No warranty

This website is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YY AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of this website or from a free audit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
